Legal Tech Series: Which software is best, Firm Central or Clio?

Firm Central and Clio are two of the most popular legal softwares out today. They are both known for offering user-friendly platforms that allow attorneys to easily organize case information, set schedules, share documents, and track finances. Additionally, they both come at around the same price point ($39/mo and $40/mo). So, which is the better option?
Although Clio is generally given higher ratings, I think Firm Central is the better option.
While Clio is more visually appealing and is easier to navigate from the first use, Firm Central can do so much more for you. Firm Central offers all of the same practice management features as Clio--billing, timekeeping, trust accounting, calendar management, etc.--and it also offers integrations with Westlaw. With this integration, you can use West's Form Builder, Practical Law, Drafting Assistant, and Next Research to create important legal documents and research the law right from your dashboard.
In short, although it is not as easy to use as Clio, Firm Central will ultimately save you time and energy by putting everything you need in a day of work on one dashboard.
